Android & reminders

Open Folio in Chrome on your Android phone and use “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”. Enable notifications on each device where you want reminders. Your task must have a reminder time and be saved. Tasks completed, trashed, or rescheduled before sending are skipped.

Checking this device…

Generic notification text is the default. The server checks saved tasks about once a minute and retries temporary failures. Network, notification permissions, and phone battery settings can delay delivery. A paused free Supabase project cannot send reminders.

Passwords

Use your password manager’s autofill for Folio’s login. Folio does not store password-vault records.

Backups

Export regularly. This first version has no scheduled backup service. Free hosting and storage have usage limits.
